We are seeking highly skilled ERP and CRM specialists with expertise in one or more of the leading platforms: SAP, Dynamics 365, M365, Salesforce, Infor, and NetSuite. In this role, you will focus on delivering end-to-end ERP and CRM solutions, providing both functional consulting and technical implementation to drive business transformation for our clients.

Ideal Backgrounds:

• SAP Consultants (Functional/Technical)
• Dynamics 365 Consultants (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations)
• Salesforce Consultants (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Infor, NetSuite, or M365 Experts
• ERP/CRM Business Analysts and Solution Architects

Ideal Skills to Succeed:

• You have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and supporting ERP or CRM solutions across a variety of industries.
• You are proficient in the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-launch support.
• You have a deep understanding of business processes and how to optimize them using ERP/CRM platforms.
• You are familiar with integration techniques, APIs, and data migration strategies for ERP/CRM systems.
• You have experience with cloud-based solutions, including SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments.
• You are comfortable working in Agile project environments and managing stakeholder expectations.
• You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Finnish. (Fluency in Finnish is a plus but not required.)
